    The Tambourine Mountain is one of Gold Coast's most beautiful places to visit. Its lush, sub-tropical, mountainous landscape is a perfect spot for forest retreats, and that is exactly what has been done in the area.
  • Cavill Avenue
    It may not be a naturally spectacular site, but Cavill Avenue does highlight the beauty of modern development. Cavill Avenue is located right in the heart of the Gold Coast's tourism industry, and is constantly bustling with travellers and sightseers. You'll be able to see plenty of beautiful skyscrapers as well.
  • Dreamworld
    Some people believe it is the place that makes your dreams come alive! Well at least the children do. Dreamworld is broken up into different themed areas, with each one boasting different thrill rides and arcades. Visitors are welcome to go on rides as many times as possible for a single entry fee.
  • Australian Outback Spectacular
    This performance is about the Australian outback, and it's quite a show. The show attracts thousands each week, as guests are treated to a lovely Australian dinner, drinks and a live performance. Ticket prices include food, drinks and the performance.
  • Movie World
    With cartoon characters walking around all day, thrilling live shows, and a huge amount of rides for patrons amusement, Movie World is an exciting theme park, and contains one of the fastest and thrilling rollercoasters in Australia. Movie World is located between Coomera and the Gold Coast City.
  • Seaworld
    One of the oldest theme park's in Australia and it still has plenty of tricks up it's sleeve to not only attract patrons, but to also keep patrons wanting to come back. There are a number of marine animal shows, and just a few rides to experience. Visitors can stay at the hotel on site as well.

    There are two water parks located in the northern part of the Gold Coast, of which the newest is Whitewater World. The other more renowned theme park is Wet'n'Wild, which includes water slides, a night movie and much more.
